Characteristic
The key components of this machine, such as the bed, column, and spindle box, are all made of Chuanneng (closely baked) castings, which have a stable structure and permanently maintain quality.
The positioning accuracy of the three axes is completely based on ISO-230-2.
The three-axis servo motor is directly connected to the screw using a precision coupling, which can eliminate the connection gap and improve the transmission efficiency.
The spindle adopts precision grade bevel ball bearings with high speed and precision, and the standard speed can reach 20000rpm.
The standard machine adopts a high-power spindle motor, and when combined with higher torque output, a high torque motor can be selected.
